No 3: Just print out the application form you submitted online. I guess many students forgot to download/print out before they submitted it Those who forget, I am not sure if you still can access it.

For 6 and 11:
Since you can drive to Putrajaya, you can those officers to verify your photocopy documents. Don't forget to bring along your original documents so that they can check it.

For 10:
Get your parent and your professor to be the witness of the Perjanjian. After that, go to the Income Tax Office and ask them to stamp (cop untuk matikan setem) it for you at the top right hand corner of the perjanjian (the stamp is green in colour).

For 8:
You have to visit many people to sign it for you. Read it carefully.

You can print out the EPF statement from the EPF office.

i send them my Master transcript immediately after i complete my study, it took them 1 month to reset it.
EPF form is needed if u apply under the following category:
"Orang Awam yang tidak bekerja"

Nope, i'm driving from Subang Jaya. Some places are strict and expect us to do it on our own and bring it to them. That's the reason i'm worried.

Subang Jaya is considered near to Putrajaya compared to others who are living in other states.

Just get the MOE officers to verify the photocopy documents. Maybe you can get them to be the witness for your Perjanjian as well.

Go to the reception area, tell them you want to visit the MyBrain office and you will get the job done.

Make sure you visit the correct MOE office. There are several MOE buildings scattered around in Putrajaya.

Yup about 20km only. I've managed to get my perjanjian signed already by my dad's friend.

Yea, would probably be best to go see them directly. Unfortunately, I'm from Melaka so quite far from Putrajaya. I even used Pos laju to send, shown to be received the next day based on tracking number.

Thanks for the reply. Indeed I'm planning to apply under that category so I could get some allowance, as my supervisor couldn't get any funding via university/reserach grant for my PhD studies.

Completed at last but the verification part was a hassle. They said they could not verify these documents and the witness needs to have a chop with the name and title together.

They made me go around in circles asking many people and finally the last person told me to get from the next building since it's Kementrian Pelancongan. Luckily they could help.

Best to get all these done at other places but i'm glad it's done

Meaning until 31.12.2014 then cannot apply for MyBrain already? Or is it until 31.12.2015? If exceed the date already, will this MyBrain plan be extended? Any news on it?

My supervisor and evaluator suggested me to apply for PHD conversion from Masters. I've written my thesis for my faculty. Now waiting for my faculty to have the postgrad meeting, after that need to wait for Senat meeting. Then only we can get the result if we can be converted to PHD. I'm afraid when I get the Masters to PHD conversion letter then the MyBrain offer finish already.

If I could not get financial support, I can't see anyway for me to convert.

The reason why MyBrain15 is called so is because it will run until the END of 2015 in line with the latest Rancangan Malaysia that run for five years.

But that does not mean the government will stop such funding.

It is highly likely it will continue (as told by the MyBrain officers).

Anyway, who knows there might be a new name in the future when the program continues, perhaps MyBrain2020?

Hi guys, for those who have applied mybrain15, while waiting for your application, should we still be able to log in? We should be able to do so right ?

I submitted a few weeks ago, tried to log in now and it comes out 'ralat dikenalpasti'. Thought it was password error, I tried recovering password and received my password. But my password is correct, using that password, it still comes out 'ralat dikenalpasti'.

Is this normal?

just read the clause that the mymaster 10k only can be claimed for current semester and incoming semester. What if those semester that i have paid previously? If they keep delay my application till end of my last semester, then what is the point of applying?
