I have a old laptop. Can i use PC2700 or PC3200 on a laptop instead of using PC2100? Will it effect my laptop? My default laptop is PC2100 but i wanna use PC2700 or PC3200 to make it run faster.

You're right. I used the CMSX16GX3M2A1600C10 DDR3 and it worked fine on my MacBook Pro 15 (Early 2011). It detected 16GB 1600MHz.
