Seems quiet here..looking for landed bungalow or semi-d around paya rumput area.
I've been eyeing on paya rumput perdana for a while. Not in urgency, so was thinking to wait until moratorium is over to see how the market price there change.. (auction unit perhaps?)
Budget max 500k, maybe can stretch to 600k.

TQTQ Job market is very poor especially without the proper infrastructure. Can see many office complxes/shoplots very empty even after a decade since completion. Public transport is non-existant. Melaka is primarily driven by tourist industry that only want short term rental and old settled families who still prefer landed.
