Hi all...

Just about 2 days ago, I did a system update to my Sensation XE after being promted by the phone.

After the update, the touch screen wont work. I can't use my phone at all... The only thing I can do is press the power button and see the screen lights up.

Also, I am not able to shut the phone off due to the security thing. =.=

So I have tried taking the battery out and putting it back in. Everytime I did that, after the phone start up, it will say... Optimizing Application. Then it will run and run and run and then... Finally it's on and that's it. Calls and messages can come in but I can't do anything to it.

Biggest troll by HTC on April Fool.

Please help me.

BTW. Don't tell me to reformat or hard reset. I don't want to take the last resort yet.

A part from that... Any suggestion?

nope... i wont be able to switch it to usb mode without the screen working...
