Maxis upgraded mine to 5GB per month too.

Root will enable you to install custom ROMS (like OS) or kernels (handling phone speeds). Or even you can remove Sense and run normal themes too.

Currently my normal Sensation (non XE) is running on ICS with 1.5Ghz, so far so smooth and less heat than on Gingerbread.

lol i just got myself a new screen protector for RM10 at HTC shop in Mines. i recommend you dont buy the cheap one like this, because its too small to fit the whole glass. check the size first before buying

what is the best radio for sensation? im using 11.21.3504.13_2 after flashing 3.25 firmware. but i forgot the older one. im not satisfied with the current radio.

lol why want watch true HD movie on a phone that have 960X540p resolution. any reso bigger than that or maybe >720p is useless. for me, class 32gb is enough to watch movie with no lag (~700mb). no offense...

plus, straring on any screen closely for too long may damage your eye, like mine...

reverting back to GB despite the smoothness of ICS, all because I want my volume+ to work again...

it is working, but the bass boost isnt working. thats what annoys me though.

what do you mean? im browsing lowyat.net using desktop version on this phone, that youtube video above and other flash works fine, just like on laptop.

just finished installing arhd twice. the first one i flashed 1.7ghz kernel but got wifi error problem. so i flashed the rom once more. its all smooth now. i dunno what to say since it has no problems hahaha

we are even using sense 3.6 currently

1 example i notice after rooting and customing is, if you see jerky here and there during scrolling, you wont see it anymore after rooting. in my case im using arhd 6.3 XE. (since leedroid didnt update too long )

yes it does im not using any screen protector since i bought it, and i mix this phone with car keys in my pocket, so far so good

yes, in order to flash ARHD ICS, you need 4EXT touch recovery.

In order to get 4EXT Touch Recovery, you need to install "4EXT Recovery Control" from market, then you can install "4EXT Touch Recovery" from that app.

hahah i used to pirate my apps, go find mobilism or blapk (censor this post if any mod find this wrong), now i boughted all the apps. just a few bucks only what. i think most of you guys problem are credit card isnt it? try to apply for debit card under maybank, it is under Visa and can be used to purchase apps. took less than 10 minutes to get the card

The developer of arhd Rom, who we know as mike said sense 3.6 is not the final one for sensation. We will get sense 4.0.

according to my experiences, now ICS is more fast and smoth compared to GB. im using arhd 6.4 (now he release 6.5 already). i never feel laggy on ICS, never. the only bug i encountering is cannot use stock wifi hotspot. battery-wise, as i dont play games, i can say it is comparable with leedroid GB Roms. i noticed that using internet via mobile data generates less heat too.

i bought the phone before XE even launched but its ok to flash on your XE, not XL.
