help needed..!!

my sensation have dust under the screen. I want to send it for warranty.
Problem is, my device is rooted, s-off.. I want to revert it back, but which stock rom should I flash.

hello, i was wondering, how do i s-off my Sensation XE? since it was upgraded to ICS, the hboot 1.27 was not supported by revolution anymore. when i googled around, there's Juopunutbear method, but it says i need to root first, but in order to root, i need to do s-off first right?

the only thing that ive done is unlocking the bootloader using the htcdev's.

yes, i read there, but the requirement says i need to root first.

this is how i do it....

1. dev unlock...

2. flash any custom firmware... why??? because those custom firmware is already root.

3. dont forget to reflash the boot.img from the custom firmware you use... in the guide it should be like the guide no. 3

after that just follow the rest of the guide....

its plain easy and simple...

make sure you have the latest firmware

if you are using htcdev to unlock the bootloader... you need to manually flash the boot.img from the custom rom...
