U using Sensation or XE?

How big is your file size?

Trust me, I am able to play MKV files using dice player (720p) with embedded subtitles.

It is damn smooth (not even a single lag). The picture quality is better than AMOLED screen in SGS2 bcos the screen produce true white colour.

For 720p.mkv.I did try 4.3gb.and 2.5gb...all seem laggy when in fast movement.sound will not sync in certain part.not 1 file...I got many hd movie.all the same result

I haven tried >2GB file yet.

The most I tried is around 1GB file. That time watch porn (MKV file around 1GB) also very smooth.

I think even SGS2 or iphone 4S or even laptop will lag also lah for such big files 4GB-5GB.

Download smaller files less than 1GB lah.

The SGS2 won't lag with such high bitrate files,i've tried.That said,how do you even get a >4GB file in?Android only supports FAT32,right?

Anime with 2xxmb 720p also jerky o.....
I try on my frd sgs2.smooth like hell..

So at 1st I was thinking is the sd card read speed.but azel said nothing to do about sd card....

My XE oso wont lag with 720p and 1080p file. But I haven tried playing >2GB file.
Me using stock ROM somemore.

My XE oso smooth like hell. Yterday I played a file around 700mb (720p), not even 1 sec lag noted.
I am using the free sd card that comes with XE (not sure what class izit).
I hope I can show u how smooth and clear the movie is.

Remember guys, Sensation is a high end smartphone.

Sensation is 1.5Ghz dualcore but SGS2 is only 1.2Ghz dualcore. So Sensation cant be slower than SGS2.

to all sifoo, i need some help, i have rooted/raped my sensation and have upgrade to latest firmware to support arhd 6.2.1, and now, i wan t flash back to stock and re-root. cause gonna give my phone to my gf..can someone guide me please....read on cda and its too confius... >.<

Ya, me oso SD card 8GB from the phone, so far play mkv, avi and mp4 smoothly.

New Sensation XE user here.
I need some help here. I have just installed Viber in my handphone. It used to be get connected through WiFi. However, whenever I switch off WiFi, Viber will activate mobile network to get alive with the connection again. May I know how to avoid mobile network not to be activated by Viber? I have disable the mobile network setting but it cant solve the problem also.

If is class 4 then should be just fine.
if is class 2, u can throw away the sd card and buy a new one.

Bot sensation XE few days back, and noticed that the beats audio only working in default music player and video player, it doesn't work in YouTube app and other 3rd party multimedia player, anyone knows is there any mod can enable the beats audio even in 3rd party app? Thanks.....

That's weird, I'm only having problems with mkv files, the rest plays properly and smoothly.

I've read somewhere that evenghough its mkv files, the file may have been encoded using variable or constant bit rate, so different file may behave differently depending on the specifications of it's encoding.

Seeing some users here reporting smooth playback, I really think that's the issue maybe. Just some additional information though.

anyone know htc sensation xe camera is same as iphone 4s? both are 8Mega but then when i tested my bro iphone 4s, the camera focus and lens is much better..hmm is it software problem or iphone 4s has a better lens?

iphone 4s's camera better than htc sensation.

guys.. xe come with 2.3.4 so can i update officially to 2.3.x??

Added on February 8, 2012, 10:56 ammp is not so important since now the market the mostly start with 5mp. even camera with 5mp can be those higher mp but the most important is the lens. (leica 1 of the best)
in terms of price, y i4s > htc > samsung?? the solidness & hardware take a major part as well..

unfortunately, htc is not one of the phones that have very superior imaging capability..
