I just received this from a friend, Cobra SSR50 Performance Radar Detector City/Highway Selector & Traffic Warning. Is it illegal to use it here? and how about the effectiveness?

Just drive over 160KM/H than you avoid saman because i heard that speed trap machines in Malaysia cannot do over 160KM/H reading...

Illegal? JPJs and police should settle those annoying aftermarket HIDs on car especially Myturtle and Vios before thinking to catch this device on people's cars.

old story ehh? they got new HD camera since last 2 years.

about few month back .. PDRM already bought in a new HD camera US-made LTI 20-20 TruCam which can clock speedsters travelling as fast as 320km/h ..

no use radar anymore, using laser

if they dont get a reading it simply means you're doing more than 160.

Useless. Tried many speed trap det. None works on pdrm

Drive faster than 320kph then.

320km/h....drive GTR 35 oso dunno can reach or not....
