When you click a link and it opens the page where the video is played, you will see the address is something like:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=Nv572hbyDv4
Just copy the last part of the address (Nv572hbyDv4 in this case) and add it to this
http://cdn2.youtube.com/get_video?video_id=
So you will get:
http://cdn2.youtube.com/get_video?video_id=Nv572hbyDv4
It then allows you to download a file named get_video.
In real, it is the video, in FLV format (flash video, you need flash video player) so I suggest renaming it when you save it and save it to .flv
