amd unlocking cores, noobies here..please help..pc cant on..

i just bought my asrock 990fx fatal1ty, corsair vengeance 8gb, amd phenom x4 960t, xfx 5870..
at first i can turn on my bios setting..when i enable the UCC ( unlock cpu core) my pc went to black screen.. even with a several restarts..the diagnostic shows.. OD which means - reserved for further AMI error my psu is 400w.. my question is, is my psu enough for unlocking or is it the motherboard is the problem.. thx in future.. |

second...i think your psu is not enough...how bout going to 550 w... |

a 5870 + thuban (even unable to unlock) is too much for a 400watter imo. btw, u can ask around in amd oc thread.
