Actually if ur car is still not out. i would reckon that u take the older model with the normal HU. the new HU is hopeless. sound quality bad, radio also receiving is not that good. if ur playing music with usb it will detect only some mp3's the rest even if detected cannot play. then the player will hang. i would say get the additional rebate of RM2500 without the new HU is a better deal. take that money and go install a better audio. to answer ur question regarding speednavi..i dont know i have yet to get my codes from my SA and i got fed up and installed papago instead. on the forum here is stated that speednavi is free for 1 year only, but my SA also tells me it is free for life.

Seen postings about ppl asking about papago in the new HU. its working fine and like a charm. i cannot compare with speednavi as i have yet to try it out.

Clearence shouldnt be a problem, not sure about full load tho. Bodykit will have problems exiting steep carpark ramps, tend to scrape the bottom.

Yes new forte comes with touchscreen HU, if want the old HU i think there is a 1.5-2k discount?

Engine noise is abit loud pass that mark but i think most cars are like that, no?
