Hi, anyone can tell me forte got safety bare body chassis? compare to new elantra going to launch soon. Proto P321A also got safety features at teh bare chassis.
Forte got pass any crash test?

Depends on whether you like leather or fabric.

Leather looks classy but it's a hassle to maintain. Look after it properly and it'll reward you nicely, but be slack and it'll crack/scratch/rip much easier compared to the normal fabric. What's not so cool with leather is during hot weather, it sticks to your skin; and during winter in where I am it's freezing.

In terms of the Forte's upholstery, the typical fleece-like material found in lower spec Fortes (at least in Australian spec ones) are more comfortable but tends to be more susceptible to stains/dirt/moisture. Mine comes with the sportcloth trim, which feels more hard and coarse but it's easier to clean; not forgetting looking slightly more sporty with its red stitching.

Not to say no point getting the higher capacity battery, but in term of car performance..there's no obvious difference (at least for me).

But higher capacity battery is good for a car with higher electricity load (e.g. your car got accessories that consume more electricity like DVD/GPS HU, phone charges, high power headlight/foglight etc..the higher capacity battery will last longer in term of electrical power...

Already booked P3-21A CFE for my wife..tired of waiting for the Rio to come in. The specs somehow better than my 2.0 Forte except for the 6 airbags, leather seats & EPS..but it quite worth the indicative price of RM75k..for a Proton 70-72k should be an appropriate price for me.

Same like when i booked my Forte last time..just blindly book the car without ever seeing it in real life..lol. No regret buying the Forte though..hopefully this car (P3) will give me the same outcome..will give another chance for Proton this time to prove itself

My windscreen just cracked by itself at my office carpark, is about 15inch long. No sign of kena hit at all.
I saw from history post some of you also have face this windscreen cracked problem. Do anyone know will Naza warranty for it? Or where do can I change it and how much?
