Sorry, is my mistake. tried last night and shoot a photo. It about 2.8/2.9K notworthy.gif

Feel more and more under power now, as you can see my fc per 100km also quite high.. icon_question.gif  icon_question.gif

I really seldom pickup and always maintain the rpm less than 3k.

Hello all Forte owners,

I'm planning to change my air filter to K&N air filter and I plan not to let the KIA SC notice that I've changed it. I'm planning to sell my brand new original Forte air filter (when I go for my 20k service) to anyone that is interested in it with a 20% discount from what you buy from Kia. I would like to trade my NEW filter with your OLD filter (so that when I go SC, I'll put back that old filter). Who's interested to do some trading with me? tongue.gif

just treat your car's bt as your own bt handsfree kit. What a normal bt handsfree kit can do, it can do. Same goes for what it cannot do wink.gif

1.6sx original steering leather is different than 2.0?

but even is different, as long as warping material is water repellent kind is ok for me already

Anyone knows SC Opening hours? Do they open in the morning 8AM?

As I remember correctly, 0830 to 1700, Mondays to Fridays, 0830 to 1230 for Saturday for most SCs (some SCs open full day on Sats). Public holiday and Sundays closed

Mine is with new HU. Still not very happy with the radio reception and my GPS is not working. Key in the password/ID still can detect.

Have called the NZ Galaxy (Naza Auto Solutions) and they say can help me to fix it. Will send by this week.

think my radio reception also quite poor, it breaks on and off

Mine too. Will be sending to NZ Galaxy to fix it. Hope will solve the issue.

To be frank, I think NZ Galaxy workmanship sux. Just my 2 cents.

I sent my car there 4 times to get my body kit fixed correctly. 3 times the body kit just came out. They say must do during dry day and cannot let the body kit touch water for 3 days to allow the adhesive tape to dry up. So as a workaround, the second time they fixed it, I put musking tape on top of the body kit for a week to prevent water from sipping in. Still didnt work. On the 4th time, what they did was placed more double-sided tape sweat.gif Well, worked till now wink.gif

OMG, send there for 4 time. If me, i will be really piss off. For my body kit, my hubby ordered directly from his friend (got 1K discount from SA) and fixed himself. So far ok.

Hope NZ Galaxy can fix the radio reception and GPS. Finger cross. sweat.gif

Want to be pissed also cannot lar. Later throw tantrum at them they make it worst for you. Treat them nice, then they will do a proper job smile.gif

This DRL looks a little "out of place" to my liking. If the DRL is on, still ok, but when switched off, very ugly ler sad.gif I'm also planning to put DRL, but something that looks more "natural" to a Forte smile.gif

Yeah, hence the sad.gif My SA didn't give me a choice. But in the end, didn't really regret lar. PU kinda looks very bulky. ABS looks nice smile.gif Problem with ABS is, mine crack already on the bottom part because I not used to going into a bump with a car that has bodykit rclxub.gif 1st time reach a bump, that first time it cracked whistling.gif

big big high high bump must drive slower and carefully lor..
when loaded 4-5 people.. super slow  rolleyes.gif

my front skirt always kena geser when I reverse outwards in front of my house
punya slopy tarmac.. some scratches can be felt at bottom by hand..
when heard "kruk" sound I pretend nth happened  whistling.gif
*
Actually, I kena that incident because I was driving too fast and I saw the hump too late. I jammed my brakes and you know lar, cars when brakes jammed tend to lean forward, hence the front skirt will be lower than usual..

My house also like that, thats why from day 2 I got the car, I reverse into my house already lolx

And I also hate multistorey parkings. Those with steep ramps.. Confirm kena one vmad.gif

Why didn't stick it right at the roof of the spotlight area? I think that would look much nicer. How much you bought? Use double-sided tape to stick?

My car send to my detailer to wash for rm20 so dun complain too much sweat.gif Put paint protection already cannot simply send go RM5 flying spaghetti monster carwash to wash whistling.gif whistling.gif

Andd......
Here you go.. The damage taken after the horrifying incident.
