any forte 1.6 driver here change their seat warp to leather warp by SA ?
how is the quality? comparable to 2.0?

All SA i meet can change leather seat for me (at a price), they claim is from same vendor that provide seat warp to naza, quality is 100% same as 2.0.
SA promise anything, but non of them got finish goods for me to touch, so i am still thinking to change or not...

I just changed mine and in term of look and feel, it is 100% look like 2.0

Haha. Still got the steering wheel. It'll never be the same as our 2.0~

Need your advice and guidance.
Just got a Forte 1.6 SX White a few month back.

The issue :
Air cond slow to cold after parking under sun without shade for about 30mins to 45 mins. It would take about 10 - 20mins for the air from the air cond to be cold. The ambient temp showing is 34 - 38 degc.
By the time cold air comes out of the vent me and my passengers would be sweating.     

Inquiry :
How about other owners? Do you face the same problem or mine is an isolated issue?
Comparing to my other car Proton saga the air cond will be cold instantly.
Is there any solutions?

I'm planning to change my air filter to K&N air filter and I plan not to let the KIA SC notice that I've changed it. I'm planning to sell my brand new original Forte air filter (when I go for my 20k service) to anyone that is interested in it with a 20% discount from what you buy from Kia. I would like to trade my NEW filter with your OLD filter (so that when I go SC, I'll put back that old filter). Who's interested to do some trading with me?

just got my 1.6sx today..can't sleep well on the bed... i think i've to sleep in the car for all night long...

I believe something is not right..it should not take that long (10-20 minutes) for the air blowed  from the aircond vents to be cold. Kindly make a complain to the SC. In less than half a minute, the air blowed from the aircond vents should feel cold already..but of course it needs several minutes to cool down the entire cabin. Anyway, a good tint surely helps to cool the cabin faster.

i just bought one for my forte, after a day of usage, my conclusion is not really improve in fc. only have a little bit diff in pickup.

1.6SX model Bluetooth connectivity feature can make phone call using steering control? or is there a voice command feature like Ford Fiesta??

Pair your phone and hu bt once.activate your phone bt then on the hu every time get into your car shall get both connected. Press "answer" button on steering wheel during incoming call would allow u to talk thru hands free then

can sync the phone address book to the HU? search address book using HU?

just treat your car's bt as your own bt handsfree kit. What a normal bt handsfree kit can do, it can do. Same goes for what it cannot do

eventhou i know different showroom send to leather warp at different place, somehow now i got some little gut to take this gamble.
lets warp it and see how ~
1.6sx original steering leather is different than 2.0?
tried both and didn't notice it, will go showroom to molest them again

but even is different, as long as warping material is water repellent kind is ok for me already
