i just got mine to work, following your indications...

my printer is Canon LBP6000 which is a non ethernet, non-wifi standalone printer and its printing wireless now!!!!!

u just gave me an extra USB port on my notebook.  thank you!!!

in the beginning, there's a problem detecting the printer sometimes but after 1 or 2 days, no problem at all. 

but everytime shareport is switched on i get this "Unable to load or find: TWAIN_32.DLL" error which is annoying like hell, especially if you choose to load shareport at startup.

it seemed this Twain_32.dll error is to do with scanner function, which i don't have or use, but it keeps popping up...i cant find any fix to this bug yet...

that aside, its printing fine..no problem at all.
