Can just confess 1 thing : nothing is easy.

To be in this line :

1. Very very very perseverance. (Many cannot tahan after 2-3 months)
2. Have to have proper planning (better to have short and long term goals)
3. Make sure you have enough saving to last you few months ahead with no income
4. Be the devil (I hate this the most)
5. Etc etc (Many some more)

Too many, can't remember. Got more than 10 la. If include rental and sales.

Which company you entering ?

My advice is go to those company that give proper training and have weekly meeting. You be more discipline.
