how to discharge/resign from a insurance company, as an insurance agent?

I'm going to work in insurance company, since Im an insurance agent from other Insurance company, the HR manager told me to discharge myself from being the insurance agent. Do anyone has idea is that neccessary? if yes how do I discharge myself from being an insurance agent?

I would say yes its necessary as it is deemed as a conflict of interest.

Discharge is another word for resignation. Just write a discharge letter. Note : employer - employee relation (use resign). agent - principal relation (use discharge). u dun haf to discharge urself, the company will automatically terminate u if you're not active for 1 - 2 months
|
