Guys...as a noob i would like to ask u about the cost of side extension of my house.i just bought signle storey corner lot house
n wanna extend at the side.i want to know the roughly cost for :


1;) 14ft x 50ft extension with 5 partition
a)14ft x 10ft for tv area
b)14ft x 15ft for master bedroom with;
14ft x 8ft bathroom
c) 14ft x 5ft storeroom
d) 14ft x 12ft extension from dry kitchen to make wet kitchen including hacking wall to make sliding door.


just try to ask one contractor about quotation just this renovation n he quote me about 50k-60k jon including paint.is it reasonable?

PM.. i am renovating my house corner lot in klang too.. where you at... maybe i can share some details with you. I feel this contractor is not bad at all... especially when it comes to negotiating.
