Fren told me about  hearing from another fren whose fren who kena.

bought one bike from them, apparently the "recon" AP dikitar semula. Meaning that AP has been used on a recon bike, sold and some inside guy re-used the AP form, made some modifications on the form to bring in another bike of the same year colour and model. this second bike was sold, apparently successfully  registered at JPJ with registration card. how it was done, i really no idea, but as the saying goes, "Malaysia Boleh - ada duit apa pun boleh".

however, one fine day not even one month after taking the bike, Kastam came to his house and confiscated the bike on the reason no declaration and hence, tax not paid. How Kastam know about it? i have no idea. at the time the story was told, the owner is still in the middle of hoohaa sorting things out with them. that was a few months back. what is the progress today, i dono as nobody seemed to be following up with that guy.
