If budget italian, then consider nolan n85 at rm950. Nolan 63 is a budget helmet so it's not quite worth its price tag imho. Agv k3 and caberg v2r also within your budget but i think those are made in china. Hjc cl-st made in china, but rpha10 is till made in korea.

Unriders selling arai rx7rr5 for only rm2.4k, slightly cheaper than market price. Xr11 if i remember correctly, is rm1.6k at singapore.kalau arai/shoei/agv sume 2.5k and above
