Should i get a singaporean bike instead ? Cause i dont feel like selling my ninja as i use it everyday for work up and down non stop.

if you have all the proper documentation and papers,most of traffic police and jpj officer won't kacau you. Unless the police wants some quick kopi money, he can start threatening you to report it to the customs.

There are some cases, the custom officers saw a rider with sg or thai number plate, they follow him until he reach his house, and then straight away confiscated the bike.
