Armaya 3 is the ones which are at the far back of Armaya 2 (2.5 sty)? which the back of A2 faces the back of A2.5?

If thats the ones only very few units in A3, plus it faces the small water way in the front of it?

If going for 700K may be a pretty good deal cos if not mistaken this is 3 storey 24x75, anyone have any idea?

sorry like I mentioned 24x75 if not mistaken cos got that info long time ago, but if 22x90 I think still a better deal than A2... hhhmmmm should I consider rclxub.gif

Latest news from GL sales person, Armaya III launching in coming 1-2 mths.. with 3 storey terrace link house, 3200-3400 sf..
Do agree with rongfu, 22'x90' for proposed layout...
heard that developer selling price starts from 730K - 1.1mil depending on unit orientation... facing lake/sf

What do you mean by added value, only 5-10 mins distance from KK to BB??

FOr those who works in KL, Kota Kemuning may be a better option from distance perspective.....by the way, USJ, putra heights houses also around 600-700k+ for 22x75/80......Well, this is not a comparison with Bandar botanic if location factor is included.

Btw, I do like bandar botanic but just warning to those working in KLCC area...it will be 40-50km per trip, so please take note. If you are the type of person who dislike and feel stressful traveling this distance day in day out....you may explore other option. By the way, i think 720k would be the least favorable unit.....GL is surely going to price those garden facing close to 800k

22x90 or 24x90 for corner unit.

Starting price is 700K.

Botanic is a little over priced now due to the Jusco and GM Plaza (building). Despite being so far from the city. Guess ppl are looking to live in suburbs more than the city.

spydermind, what i am going to translate is that interm of RM/sf between double storey terrace for BB & KK.

eg, KK double storey with 2100sf = 630-650k ~ abt RM300/sf
IF in the event that developer launch say, RM750K for 3 storey terrace house with 3200sf, precisely BB only cost ~ RM240/sf

The only diff between KK n BB is just 10 mins travel + KESAS toll..

if Armaya 3 is 3 storey 22x90, i feel it is a good buy... much bigger LA & BU, should also get a lot of air from the park blowing in
