Hi all, i ve just fixed unifi at home. But how do we access the online bill statement? There is no passwords or username sent by unifi to me.. Please enlighten me icon_question.gif

When they install the unifi that time they got give you this copy of the worksheet. There is 2 papers. The login info is in one of them.

really blurr.

I dunno this FxxK unifi is do what. can not even login. they should learn how to improve.

i got calls from them. asking me to settle me. yet they dont fxxking send me the bill.

same here. Got pissed off with their online register.
I have all the papers with me, but all not valid ones? I was trying to verify my Unifi account with those info given. Yet, I'm just stuck at the main page.
And same, no bills to my house, only SMS, asking me to go to their website, but unable to get in. what is this man!

Anyway, just to check, on that stupid work sheet, there's so many column and info, which should I refer to? Just in case I get that wrong .

normally, during registration, u need to fill your email.
then after everything being process, they will email & sms to you the installation appoinment.

after your unifi acc is activated, system will generate your OCC acc username & temporary password & will send it to your email.

if you already delete that email, or forgot your email password or register with fake email add, please call TM to help u get back occ username/passwd.

or u can try get back username/passwd using :

please check your email..

i ordered my unifi online and they email me the acc number even the unifi online account.. they even send me sms about this..

did you sign up via online or at tm point?

Cannot be wor. Since they are able to install the item?
My old streamyx in my old home is still being charged (despite myself having told them to cancel and returning the old phone). They confirm my cancellation yet still send me bills. If they can make such mistake, I wonder if they can manage to 'overlook' my current unifi subscription...
What would happen if I don't pay a few months bill? Would they apply stupid interest on it?
