After sending my Note for the 2nd time to Samsung Service Center and 2 weeks with almost daily follow up calls, they've repaired my phone.

1st time at first they just update the software but when collect that time, it happened there and then. Within 1 hour they replaced the motherboard.

2nd time less than 1 month after the repair, happened again. This time, they changed both motherboard and the LCD screen. In another word, only the phone casing is left untouched. They even going to give me a letter of guarante for immediate either full refund or 1 to 1 replacement IF 3rd time happened!

Sigh...what luck for a less than 2 month old phone. Don't you all find it silly to change so many items, time spent to repair instead of 1 to 1 replacement?!?

So everyone, take note and hopefully you all don't have the same problem like mine!!

I think these are the samsung social hubs in background. I dontt have such as I freeze all the samsung hubs
