Is it normal if my front screen (middle of top and centre of the screen) feel hot during charging?

RocketROM v19 with AbyssNote 3.4. Because i am on an air-conditioned surrounding, that is why temp is cool. RAM now 367MB, strange, sometimes high sometimes low.

hi all sifu here. i jsut got my note and currently hunting for a good casing. i don want flip cover anyway.

i notice that my note easily will slip out from my pocket when i sit down. so i am looking for a casing that with rubber surface so it will hv "anti-slip" function , at least not easily slip out . also with metal or hard rubber casing that can protect the note fully cover the side metal part. i am not looking for soft jelly type... anyway 1 recommend? budget around 50-100.

nope.  My Note bought on D-day (11.11.11) still not registered yet!!      Got an email from support saying my phone will be registered shortly after I email them numerous time.  But it was more than 2 weeks ago and my Note's warranty still not registered yet. 

the most lousy customer service ever!!!

i heard bout that too as well, but there is no black n white bout that..so as long as the warranty is 2 years..so let using it same as moto defy..

I bought it from DIgi Retail and they keep insisting they got no shop code ... i have no idea how to register my warranty now. Called Digi and they ask me to ask the Digi shop I bought from. Called Samsung and they ask me to do the same. Ugh

in the CWM recovery mode, there's advance -> wipe battery stat..

i believe this is the same as manually go to root explorer and delete it...

I tried the software app (post #399), and it did help a lot... However, there is still the lingering question of whether it's a software problem, or is the software masking a hardware problem... Hmmm...

If by sending my note back to the service centre helps solve the problem, I don't mind doing that... However, I have yet to come across anyone (here or xda forum) who would confirm that the problem with the screen was fixed after sending it back to the center... Oh well, I'll wait for a while longer since the software app does seem to fix most of the screen problem on my note... I'm on v21 and the latest kernel from abyss... Pretty satisfied with the performance so far... My note seems cooler too, just like what benny888 said a few posts earlier... I'm currently using ondemand though...

I'm not using any widgets to monitor the phone temp... I'm just doing what you are doing, which is to use setcpu to check the temp... My thinking is I do not need to know my phone temp all the time... Plus I read from somewhere that the more widgets you install, the more battery life they consume... (less is more in this case, I suppose) Yeah... He's working on 3.6 as we speak...
