QUOTE(mdnurman @ Feb 5 2012, 09:49 AM) read version 1(V1) until version 7 (V7) then decide. No point asking if u dont read all the version. .... QUOTE(rickysay @ Feb 5 2012, 09:51 AM) Majority of people here never encounter hang and lag before IF you know what you are doing and know how to root. Just follow the tutorial below: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...729&postcount=2Long story, short: Flash to early firmware+root with mobileOdin on PC. And delete your mobileODIN. Then flash to any stock/custom ROM you wish with CWM on your rooted Note. lol... Ur long story short makes me headache.. But as long as it comes with solution then it is alright... QUOTE(Kelifu @ Feb 5 2012, 09:51 AM) for myself lag = when i run tooooooooooooooo many apps but i didnt close properly. solution, logout properly hang = my note is 1mth old plus, only hang once after i run gps navigation. solution, maybe something wrong with the gps i using, i just reinstall it, problem solved. overall just my 2 cents =) Added on February 5, 2012, 9:54 am V1 - V7 its a big project bro Hahaha... Alright then... Will get one later.. Lol, yea seniors like to ask newbie read every post from each version.. Lowyat style...

QUOTE(benny888 @ Feb 5 2012, 11:08 AM) It is freaking easy just to root : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1329360As long as you can read English. Read it twice and read it again the 3rd time - this time jot down the steps in your own flowchart. Even my friend 12 year old can root n flash roms just by reading it , doing it for his father !!!. HE DOES NOT REALLY UNDERSTAND MOST OF IT BUT HE KNOWS HOW TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS STRICTLY TO THE DOT. And one of the kernel developer at XDA is only A 12 year old KID !!! QUOTE(benny888 @ Feb 5 2012, 11:22 AM) As long as you are happy with present rom, not really necessary to change. LA4 is I would say to date is the best build Added on February 5, 2012, 11:29 amBTW I tested LDroid rom ( LA6) with Abyss 3.6 kernel - not suitable as phone keeps rebooting after on/about 10 minutes idle. looks like some incompatible issue here. I never faced such reboot issues before in all the roms I have tested Just grabbed myself a sgn 5min ago... Will start reading all the info bout rooting instruction.. Is that means the LA4,is the best?
