Bro, just follow this guide:

1) You need a JIG.

2) Download attached zip archive and extract it to some folder.

3) Reboot you device in download mode - turn it off, than hold volume down + center button + power button. Wait for the warning message and press volume up.

4) Plug it to you PC.

5) Start Odin from extracted folder and choose 1.tar file for PDA flash.

6) Press Start and wait for the completion of the flashing.

7) After reboot you should get black screen. Long press power button (15-20 seconds). Remove battery for 5 seconds, plug in JIG, put battery back. Wait for 40 seconds, press power button for 5 seconds, remove JIG, long press power button (15-20 seconds), remove battery.

8) Put battery back, hold volume down + center button + power button for 10-15 seconds, press volume up.

9) Start Odin from extracted folder and choose 2.tar file for PDA flash.

10) Press Start and wait for the completion of the flashing.

At points 7-10 the screen will not work!

After these steps you will get:
- No yellow triangle
- Custom binary download value will set to 'NO'
- Current binary value will set to 'SAMSUNG OFFICIAL'

Lowyat Plaza, Level 4.

Dont forget to check binary counter in Download mode.

What about battery performance?

is there any crack apps in ur Note? if so, then u need to remove it.

There are 3 governors provided by this kernel, ondemand, conservative & performance.

agree with u...to retain root, flash new rom using mobile odin pro...

U can flash any version from any other country. Go to www.sammobile.com for stock rom.

frm my oppinion, the latest one is LA6.

only Samsung can answer ur question about the differences between DX & XX...for me, i dont bother about it...just flash to the latest one & enjoy the performance...if not happy with it, we're free to flash custom rom...

ICS for Note will release after SII receive ICS which is early next month.

EXCLUSIVE: Ice Cream Sandwich Galaxy Note N7000 Leaked!

After the last ICS leak yesterday came out for the Samsung I9220 Galaxy Note,
we now come with the first ICS leak for the Galaxy Note N7000.
The Galaxy Note N7000 is more popular than the I9220.
This is of course because the I9220 is actually only for the Chinese market.
Luckily we got our hands on the first ICS ROM for the Galaxy Note N7000.
This ROM is based on Android 4.0.3 firmware number as N7000XXLP1
We expect this ROM will still have many bugs.
Especially since this is the first leak.
Because this is a CUSTOM rom your CUSTOM binary will walk.
Below are all our screenshots plus a little video of the rom …
If you want to discuss about this firmware you can do so through our forums.
Downloading is also ony via our forum topic.
On our FW page you only can find OFFICIAL firmwares by Samsung.
This rom is a early CUSTOM rom by Samsung based on Android 4.0.3.
Samsung did the same by the Galaxy S II. (I9100XXLP1 – I9100XXLP2 both CUSTOM by Samsung.)
