No that only apply to V21 : you need flash v20 first if you do full wipe
In V22 the developer has mentioned clearly not necessary to start from an earlier version. I flash my V22 ontop directly Substancer LA6  without wipe too and it was OK

the phone must be at least on LA4 before going to LA6 base..

mean i need to flash v20 first than only flash v22 again??

Just wanna share..i did my own “Idle Mode Test” for fun after I calibrate my battery 3days ago..

1. Yesterday @ 9.20pm my battery - 32%
2. Charge until full 100% @ 12.55am
3. Turn off Wifi/Data and unplugged it from charger.
4. At 3.00am I reset my CPUspy counter (forget to reset it when I unplugged doh.gif )

Result : After 12h 53m of idle + deep sleep (no wifi/data, no call/sms,) my phone drop only 1% rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Of course this calculation will be not accurate but for fun >>> 13h x 100(%) = 1,300h / 24h = 54 days (idle+deep sleep)

For those who wanna disable the camera shutter sound:

CODE
1. Please make sure the Galaxy Note is rooted.

2. Use root explorer(or any other similar apps like it).

3. Start the Root Explorer and browse the file “/system/media/audio/ui”

4. Click on the “Mount Button” in Root Explorer.

5. Rename “Shutter_01.ogg” to “Shutter_01.ogg.off” or "Shutter_01.ogg.backup"

6. Say goodbye to the camera shutter sound

**It's illegal to silence the camera shutter sound in some countries. Be wary of this.
