I'm using ICSSGS onecosmic ICS R3.1 now. tried R4 but it wasn't stable.
Is teamhacking ICS any better?
I know it's CM9 but with my limited experience in CM7 or miui I'm not sure whether I should give CM9 a try.
onecosmic ics R3.1 works quite well for me now. in fact it's in the best state I've ever experienced with my phone (only some minor bugs remains).
