my galaxy s suddenly cannot connect to internet..keep obtaining ip address in the status..any solution to solve it??

i do nothing..like normal..suddenly keep obtaining ip address..i d tried restart phone and take out the battery..

how to flash ics??is it complicated and how is the battery life?

so i need to flash xxjvu 1st before to ICSSGS???
