btw.. for those who want to fix their GPS, can follow this.. i just found this formula and already applied to my phone, so far so good happy.gif

1) go to /system/etc/
2) backup gps.conf (copy paste)
3) edit gps.conf
4) follow the input as below

NTP_SERVER=asia.pool.ntp.org
XTRA_SERVER_1=0.my.pool.ntp.org
XTRA_SERVER_2=1.asia.pool.ntp.org
XTRA_SERVER_1=3.asia.pool.ntp.org
SUPL_HOST=supl.google.com  <<---- default (didn't touch anything here)
SUPL_PORT=7276  <<---- default (didn't touch anything here)

btw.. i use Root Explorer apps, and it make us able to view & edit .conf file smile.gif

[APP] [02 May - V1.8.1] BetterBatteryStats adds battery history back to Android
Check for partial wakelocks.  This app is a must for finding battery drain

Hi Ken, i just bought it .. not cheap tho, does it mean it will start save me from battery drain or it is just a pure tools for analysis for battery drain?? I have gathered a list of kernel wakelock info, but i do not know wha tto do with it.. hmn..

Aiyo, it's free in XDA cry.gif  But never mind.. It's just a tool for analysing your battery drain to see what is giving you the most significant partial wakelock (common blame for battery drain) smile.gif  Then you'll have to search to see what the partial wakelock is.  Sometimes there's a globe icon beside, you can just press it, then you'll be taken to a webpage for the info on the process

Someone at XDA modded it, you can find the link in first post
Yeah, we're eager for it too biggrin.gif
I've experienced reboot and unable to wake up device after enabling Deep Idle.
*
ic .. have you flashed semaphore 1.2.0? any feedback? i have superb battery performance after switching from icssgs, 70% battery left after 3 hours+ time on screen, keep on monitoring.

Can use App Cache Cleaner too, will do the job for most of you smile.gif
Not yet, will flash when I have the mood tongue.gif  Wow, with 30% you can achieve 3hrs+ screen on time? shocking.gif
*
yes, wonderful.. argh .. haha maybe not, i was on my 1800mAh replacement and gprs area.. but definitely increase battery performance after flashing, at least 40% improve.

now i more prefer Devil_2 kernel dont know why haha..maybe bcoz the logo when it starting up.. blush.gif

i was with devil2 till i flash elite that day, i like the default bln, in semaphore u just need additional apps sad.gif

argh..part of the reason battery performance increase could be the black theme that shut down black pixel to save juice, now even market also black color background..

hmm, what does it mean BLN built in?
*
it is in build to the kernel, but you need the apps to enable it, if the kernel do not support BLN then the apps itself doesn't work either. Alternately you can use devil which do not require apps to enable it.

i just found a discussion about Samsung Epic 4G 1800mAH battery fit with our sgs.. wonder where can i get those battery in our country?
*
i bought from ebay germany, polarcell 1800mah after reading discussion from other forum. so far so good, the only problem is the battery weight more than original battery, you can sense the diff when you start use it, but now already get use to it.
