The problem is the screen always turn blank for a sec whenever someone switch on or off the light in my house
Not a major problem but its really annoying while playing games and maybe will develop into worse problem if this continue
Anyone has encountered the same situation or know whats going on? Please help thanks..

Hmmm... 2 issues, either your HDMI cable is faulty, or your home power wiring has some problems.
Simple rules for power hungry AV systems - Use proper power extension strips - Surge protector would be nice - Might want to use an AVR if you think you have power fluctuation issues.

he mean, Audio Video Receiver
eg: Xbox> AV receiver>tv&home speaker these AV receiver sometime demand clean power and any fluctuation in current would affect the system,
like marauderz said perhaps the HDMI cable is faulty or there something wrong in your home wiring. cus, now days, circuit for lightning and power socket are separated, try using different socket in your home?

Sounds more like power fluctuation.
But like marauderz said, might be those he had listed.

try changing the HDMI cable, if it still doesnt work try using another power socket on the wall as well as changing your extension cable, if all else doesnt work maybe u have to look for a UPS with Voltage stablilizer.
