Terms & Conditions
a. Service activation fee of RM75 and installation fee of RM88 to be charged in the customer 1 st bill.
b. The minimum subscription period is 24 months.
c. Modem warranty is only for the period of 12 months by TM Net.
d. tmnet Hotspot, Virus Shield & Anti Spamming and e-Voice Premium are FREE for 3 months only. After which, customers have to subscribe.
e. e-Browse and Bluehyppo Broadband content are FREE for 1 Month ONLY. Afterwhich, customers have to subscribe.
f. Bluehyppo Music Portal and Bluehyppo Islamic Portal (QUMP) are FREE until the end of Decmber 2005 ONLY. Afterwhich, customers have to subscribe.
g. Home Asset Protector Insurance coverage is for 14 days from 23 rd Dec 2005 ? 5 th Jan 2006 only.
h. Customers are only eligible for 20 photos printing at Photozone. Afterwhich, customers have to subscribe.
i. Customers are not allowed to downgrade the service during the minimum subscription period.
j. If customers terminate within the minimum subscription period, the remaining balance will be charged and customer is required to return the modem.

a. The minimum subscription period is 12 months.
b. Customers will be charged RM10 for the first year and RM15 for subsequent years.
c. Price of e-voice premium service subscription excludes call charges. Call charges is based on usage. Rates of usage : STD 0.10 cents/min, Mobile 0.20 cents/min, IDD starts from 0.10 cents/min.
d. Promotion valid for personal category only.
e. Minimum bandwidth for e-voice premium is 128kbps

tmnet will paid to those agent help them sell the product with min 30 complete sales untill next month then you will get 1 ticket to phucket or medan for free.

this package is 2 year contract after 2 year ,mean 3rd years start is rm88 adi ...
