normally its 1600 9-9-9-24..

so u set it like this if XMP is absent:

� � - DRAM Frequency
� � - DRAM Timing Control
� � � - CAS# Latency - 9
� � � - RAS# to CAS# Delay - 9
� � � - RAS# Precharge - 9
� � � - RAS# Activate to Precharge - 24

*if im not mistaken of the name it represent
