The Soho Courts Purchase may only pay for
The lawyer fee for S&P but they don't pay for the loan bank lawyer fee which is very high too

Anyone buy at Central soho must come up with money for lawyers bank loan fee too etc

My purchase at Gembira Residen - this developer pay both ways lawyers fee which can help subsidize over another RM 5000 in bank loan fee etc
*
U mean snp agreement loan only , can I know how much ?

I paid over 5k to 6k when I buy the Soho
The bank loan lawyers fee which was same lawyer
Call RINGO at phileo Pj

Very expensive as u know if your unit us expensive then the lawyer fee is a percentage of that unit amount .
*

Which mean the snp lawyer fees is free izit ?
I buy soho, may I know what unit size u buy. Mine is 731

Do u bought the mltr also ?
Which bank u choose ?

Mine soho is 731 sq ft 25th floor
Side by side car park
Same like u...
This soho block is funny. The larger units face inside n small units face outside ...
We who bought high floor n large units face in!!!!!
A bit funny there ...

I choose UOB Bank
Last time the UOB had a special branch for loans card at OKR ... I ask their outdoor sales dept service n apply my loan etc

They shifted to own town pj now
*
U are on 25th floor.. May I ask how much the price ? ^ ^

Around 498k
Actually despite buying expensive n few highest floor units for soho, there is NO special incentives for me
Infact I was given a tendam car park until I wrote to complaint n demand changes !
Eg I think those bought cheaper n lower floors can get better car park layout compare to my high price unit

That's why I was not happy with their car park policy ...
Since its very slow sell, I felt that my purchase was not too good ... As I kept hearing rejects of loans and more units release into market .

My judgement remains what kind of people apply to buy n can get rejected ? Why are they targeting such people to sell the units ?
Most good developer units usually are SOLD OUT within weeks ! This is taking years and still playing with bank Loan rejections and unsold units ??

Anyway, I keep my fingers crossed n hope when sub sale offers are good, I may download this unit
*
what u mean download the unit?
may i know how much u pay for lawyer fees and duty stamp.

sorry for asking again... smile.gif

i think rejected loan is bcoz too many ppl got many commitment , meanwhile coz of the property was not cheap. ohmy.gif

Sorry ya, I see a list of buyers, may I know if all of you called the developer to book a unit? I haven't seen any launching yet.

I have registered myself but I don't receive any response nor phone calls.

Should I go to the sales office to book a unit?

Is the booking fee refundable?

Also, what is the price?

By sales agent.
May I know whats the sq u order ?
