It's the other last block is somehow connected to a common platform from car parks to facilities - entire CENTRAL 1,2,3 still require a trial completion to deliver or be ready 100% VP.
No point rush to throw you the keys while
The 50 meters away is concrete cementing n all the usual construction still going on n nobody will want occupy or even rent from you if 80% of common facilities are still not delivered !!!
If pool - how can phrase 1 people be swimming when you look up and the last block still carrying tons cement up the sky cranes !?!?!

Not clean up the mess put up during constructions n Bandaraya will not issue CF .
Even if block of any condo ready n the others sections are not - will cf be issue ?
I hope we will not face this type of problem .
One of my friends who is working in a contractor company said that this developer is smart and build the phase individually, so the CF for each phase has been separated out after I showed him the photos of the site.he said that from the photos, he can tell that the developer has planned to build up the individual block first, soho definitely can be completed as the units all d sold out.three phases are built independently, so the phases will only be linked up with the swimming pool and below the swimming pool may have additional parking lots if necessary.so he said if the second or third phase is not done yet, out won't affect the cf
