Anyone owners of Central Soho think most tenants will do business soho at central soho units or use the units as residence ?

Imagine when the lift opens, and u see some units are soho business and some are stay in residence. U think this may happen ?
If it does, any reservations? Yr views please from all of your tai kors ?

I have no idea about the soho, but for the court, has been increased 4% from the last selling price since May.

By the way, the agent told me currently soho is already built up to 12th floor. Anyone can verify the information?

Mine is SOHO at level 23a. Mine is slightly more expensive since theres a sky garden beside.

Need some feedback from you all. I have some doubts. As you all know, the Central Residences are divided into 3 phases.

Phase 1 = SOHO (expected to deliver on 2015)
Phase 2 = The Courts (expected to deliver on 2016)
Phase 3 = Centrina ( Don't know when deliver)

Since the 3 phases sit on the same carpark and common facilities platform, i wonder how the 1st phase SOHO get CCC /CF first with the Courts and Centrina construction still going on.

If say the SOHO able to get CCC/ CF , do you dare to use the swimming pool because there might be chance and accident happen where brick fall from construction site of Courts and Centrina to the swimming pool.

I am worry that Soho is moving in with Construction while the other two still playing with Sales ...
It's the other last block is somehow connected to a common platform from car parks to facilities - entire CENTRAL 1,2,3 still require a trial completion to deliver or be ready 100% VP.
No point rush to throw you the keys while
The 50 meters away is concrete cementing n all the usual construction still going on n nobody will want occupy or even rent from you if 80% of common facilities are still not delivered !!!
If pool - how can phrase 1 people be swimming when you look up and the last block still carrying tons cement up the sky cranes !?!?!
These days even VP, I notice some other developers, still
Not clean up the mess put up during constructions n Bandaraya will not issue CF .
Even if block of any condo ready n the others sections are not - will cf be issue ?

I hope we will not face this type of problem .

Whether if all 3 Blocks are in stages - and even sharing common facilities - how ?

In midfields case- block A ( green) tower was delivered n VP ahead of Block B n C .
Despite all sharing same facilities .
Difference is the B n C was almost completed n doing remedial work n pose no immediate dangers to others at block A . Block B n C was fenced up n no one can enter .
The. Other Round pool was not usable as block B was not ready .

When Block B n C are finallhy ready - the rest of facilities like Park, round pool, etc only then were accessible later.

In Central case - I got no idea what will be the result if different stages of blocks completed .

According to the plan 2 weeks 1 floor.

mine is second phrase but still havent see any progress. as i noe, the piling is almost finish oledi..... I bought it in nov 2012 if i not mistaken.
