I checked this page for long time ago, First time register and log in talk to everyone.
I'm The Court buyer, still waiting for my S&P to sign.
Haven't know hows is my car park position.

Feel weird how come will manage car park so many pattern.
Maybe save more space from developer, no need to built one more level for only car park. This is not good idea for buyers.
Tentam car park is more worse then up and down.

Yes what i know is the main G floor swim pool is for all.
Other facilities are not known.

Common areas outside the blocks usually are all blocks can use. BUT if a pool on top a block n that's security due to enter lift n glass access, how are they going to control ?
Nothing to do with paying maintenance bills .

Like parking, we got our own parking n cannot park into others right ?
I cannot say I pay maintenance too n so entitle to park anywhere .

The condo policy is really not the sale man to tell us . He sells everything ideas but whether it becomes reality - is not his decision .

Like my car park that sale man say cannot do anything n cannot help as he already ask his boss ,

I bypass him n ask CEO and the HOD of marketing change my lousy parking to side by side n near lift too

Honestly you are pretty own self attitude when I saw you keep complaining parking issue from you long time ago. You should feel happy enough to get changed but actually you are not lucky. Your previous car park is one entrance with two parking lots or front and back? Just stop complaint...
Another things is, ofcourse the rooft top facilities is share for all central residence owner. This is consider one project man.
Only pocket garden not allow is because that is own floor and they really pay extra for that. How come you use parking lot to compare with facilities?...
This is the only main forum page for this project.
More positive news and idea is way to improve our investment.

Rather than getting no for the answers they seek, I told them they can try contact who who whom I told them perhaps can solve n get the best solution.

My car park problem was a factual one and not myth .
And I am very lucky I took action to solve my own problem despite opening my case n receive no solution from anyone especially the sale man or forum.

And I am not selfish to share how I solve it.
You may not have problem with your car park and so you are happy . Those who wrote to me are not .
And helping them is not a self attitude, I believe .

Like u say - this is a forum n not a place to tell others what self attitude or judge . You think I got nothing better to do to bring up a case for the sake of complaint or self glory ahhhh?

Yea true voice out the idea and solution har... If everyone become like you force CEO changed their car park side by side some more near to the lift then how many car park enough for you? I am court buyer and my car park is front and back, I hope to become side by side like you, but I didt do that. Your one are worse i know.
Lucky you didt force to change which level you like to park some more.
About the self attitude I mean is the facilities la...
They sell the project will tell you got how many swimming pool, how many gym, how many rooftop garden, print out to show you... Exactly already mention facilities are share for all owners.
What problems make you really believe that is only for soho owner?

What I heard before is we got plaster ceiling but we don't get downlight ready built in for us.
Their excuses is prefer we chose our own design we want later. Maybe is right also...
That kind of renovation cost 25-30k is expensive too. Mirror and wallpaper only.
Renovation company always good income. ^^

My father was rich and he can buy with cash with this house. And he never buy a car for me.
After study I start to work with keep fight for my better income.
I bought my first car Proton Wira second hand for my transport.
25years old I decided to buy The Court with three rooms for my first house. Use to prepare for get marry. I'm 27 now.
I need to give up to own a new car or nice car, my Wira was breakdown out station 4 times. Very difficult. After repair I still continue to used. Because I know my housing loan are very heavy...
Same here, many young children's I saw they are enjoying their life. Parents money make money's.
I am not lucky like them, but because of this I learn how to be strong and save money for my future life.

Hello guys, I am also a experience 3D Artist one of buyer with The Court.
Anyone need 3d layout design or interior design can look for me too.
But I'm not experience with interior design. So I can cost the price more cheaper as I can. Haha.
My job was more in CG movie animation or games 3D design.
