Honestly I never think those sale people decide anything
They talk as if they own n plan the places

When I last time ask the sale guy to matters like car park - he said Dont know - as usual replies .

It better come from top mgt n later the mgt of each blocks
The guy forgot security of access
How is the card gonna to control security if other blocks can enter glass door of that block downstairs ?

Yes what i know is the main G floor swim pool is for all.
Other facilities are not known.

Common areas outside the blocks usually are all blocks can use. BUT if a pool on top a block n that's security due to enter lift n glass access, how are they going to control ?
Nothing to do with paying maintenance bills .

Like parking, we got our own parking n cannot park into others right ?
I cannot say I pay maintenance too n so entitle to park anywhere .

The condo policy is really not the sale man to tell us . He sells everything ideas but whether it becomes reality - is not his decision .

Like my car park that sale man say cannot do anything n cannot help as he already ask his boss ,

I bypass him n ask CEO and the HOD of marketing change my lousy parking to side by side n near lift too

For info, I am not complaining for the sake of complaint.
This forum for anyone to voice their idea n solution .
I voice out my problem of my parking n how it was solved .
What is wrong.? In fact I receive many personal mails after this n how in managed to solve that tandem car park or if possible or not to change.
If I had self attitude, its every person for himself but I share the solution. That's the difference.
Rather than getting no for the answers they seek, I told them they can try contact who who whom I told them perhaps can solve n get the best solution.

My car park problem was a factual one and not myth .
And I am very lucky I took action to solve my own problem despite opening my case n receive no solution from anyone especially the sale man or forum.

And I am not selfish to share how I solve it.
You may not have problem with your car park and so you are happy . Those who wrote to me are not .
And helping them is not a self attitude, I believe .

Like u say - this is a forum n not a place to tell others what self attitude or judge . You think I got nothing better to do to bring up a case for the sake of complaint or self glory ahhhh?

By the way, our units should have done the reno for kitchen and toilets, plaster ceiling with downlights and fan, air cond...mostly what we need to do will be the TV console, wall paper, the wardrobes, and maybe the glass door for the shower part to prevent water flows to the toilet part. And the furnitures and curtains.

Basically,I have counted that if I get the electronic compliances from tbm, TV bench,  dining table and chairs,wardrobes, shoes cabinets, sofa and some bathroom & kitchen accessories from ikea, paints, curtains, wall stickers, etc,I can control myself not to exceed rm20k..lol...

Pay for their edu last time now pay for their hse

So u see a few hundred thousands the he's to young people is cheap peanuts !!
That's why they just buy German car n show off
No need to save for hse n no need save for rainy day
Business as usual !!!
