Why I say that? For now, I have been to midxxxxx actual units and the quality is one of the worst that I hv seen. Even the wall for rooms are not of brick, not even cement brick. Im not sure what material bt knock on it sound 'kuk kuk kuk' sounds like partition to me. Well that what you pay for 220k, location I guess.
But for rental, maybe tenant won't mind the quality as long it's cheap bt as buyer, its important cos any problem, tenant will call you. Leaking is the biggest headache esp fr external wall, must be superman to repair problem like this.
