The central residence is 1.4 km away from TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) (if the High Speed Train really stop by here). The 1 Petaling Condo and The Trillium (YtL Sungai Besi) should benefit more because they are nearer.

I feel that it will appreciate if central residences is a walking distance to the station. With the distance 1.4 km, no matter how you still need to drive.

I previously booked a unit in the court, but then decided not to go ahead with it, and the sales agent from yuk tung promised to refund my deposit more than a month ago, but now they are not responsive to my emails at all. can anyone help?

you call the sales agent or yuk tung customer service staff?

i called at first, but then i decided to go with email cos its black and white.

i talked to three different agents, through phone and email -.-

if agent doesn't respond, maybe you can directly contact yuk tung.
