Facing pool down stairs etc

The difference is which corner of the pool or not .
There is no such thing as soho facing KLCC or not

KLCC is miles km away and so face or not face is not any joy ... U r not a condo at platinum park near Felda Building
So why you all so anxious about it ?
It does not add any cents to your value for courts at all!!!

For SOHO  - you either face the cemetery down stairs or face pool ... That's so simple .

Finally I got 35% off from my LA legal fees. But why the lawyer charge on other unnecessary fees such as search on borrower & vendor, land search, transport, purchase of agreements, photocopy, telephone calls, etc? Wat is the relation to the legal fees? Anyone can clarify this?

There is no wrong for customer to bargain for the best price. Bcuz no standard on the disbursement charges, some legal firms charged very high cost.
