I check with SA at midvalley yesterday and seem all 565sqft sold out. Left about 4-5 units more for SOHO which bigger sqft .. smile.gif .. smile.gif ..

As long as it is on and agreement has been reached, it creates some rumors/speculations. Hence, the price will up (a bit if not much). It reaches full potential when the project reallly complete in 2020 (as planned).

I read newspaper recently, government confirmed the mega HSR project to SG is till on and in time to complete by 2020, despite economy in downing direction. If I am not mistaken, the tender will be opened by end of this year (after discussion with SG). Hopefully, everything going smooth for HSR project as it is so important to Central Resident to get hooohaaa .. rclxms.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

By the way, I got a 'love' letter from Maybank. My progress fee now is RM170++ .. Crap! .. That is the love letter that I am not willing to receive .. doh.gif doh.gif

If a road is quiet n scary - it is bad unless it's places like bukit tunku.

Central is KL address. In years to come-
Any KL address houses will be highly priced !!!!
