As the other two blocks will be built n sky view all 3 blocks is Like triangle .

I notice around 630pm- 8pm
The road ( both ways) along where Central is situated - very very busy with cars traveling using this road .

Shows that this road is not new to many using it and once CENTRAL is completed, it will be a land mark along this busy busy road .

Contrary to many thinking, this road is not a quiet scary road. It is very busy vibrant access road to many sections of area .

As Seri Kembangan n bala kong areas boom with new shops and residens places, this access road is indeed more famous . Especially if there is a bigger road n highway build in future.

Value of Central will spring up.

That's good news I presumed because in Malaysia
If a road is busy means Ong .
If a road is quiet n scary - it is bad unless it's places like bukit tunku.

Central is KL address. In years to come-
Any KL address houses will be highly priced !!!!
Lagi CENTRAL is FREEHOLD !!!!!!!!!!!!!
