CODE
#!/system/bin/sh
insmod /system/lib/modules/symsearch.ko
insmod /system/lib/modules/opptimizer.ko
echo 1200000000 1375000 > /proc/opptimizer

Make a script, name it "99something", drop it into /system/etc/init.d, fix permission and reboot.

I flashed the zip from CWM and no issue with the installation. However, when I use terminal to check and return with issue. Same thing if I placed the script manually inside init.d...anyone can help?

I also create a script and put inside init.d, also not working.

#!/system/bin/sh
$ su
# insmod /system/lib/modules/symsearch.ko
# insmod /system/lib/modules/opptimizer.ko

Hmm, lots of init.d scripts (but no ThunderBolt! ?).

My take is to remove all the init.d scripts (back it up somewhere) and then install ThunderBolt!. See if you still get the random reboots or not smile.gif
Read it slowly. Anything you don't understand, just post here smile.gif
It's not that noticeable, but I guess odexed is still the way to go since its the most optimized.

Yes. Journaling is still on, but with barriers off. Journaling is the main protection, while barrier is the addon.

Yeah, sort of related. Hence why I gave a warning that libsqlite can cause corruption. It's rare, but its a risk that you need to know of.
Umm, OMAP4 device needed. SGSII is an Exynos device?
*
yes, G version is based TI OMAP4430 whistling.gif

Do you have the files to insmod?

Please make sure there is no additional "space" at end of each command.  Its a common mistake.
*
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/14698-initd-scr...odules-1-10-12/ -> this is not opptimizer, but a script to load opptimizer each time reboot

I flashed the zip from CWM and no issue with the installation. However, when I use terminal to check and return with issue. Same thing if I placed the script manually inside init.d.

Why is there a $su command.  I think it's not needed for init script.

I have also use script to insmod before and didn't need the su command.

Make sure the module is available for insmod. Have the module already been loaded?  And as pikachu said use notepad+ +.  Not any normal notepad

Why not?  Siyah with thunderbolt is even more powerful.  tongue.gif
*
yes, the module is inside /system/lib/modules for insmod.
removed su and save as unix file using notepad++, still not unseccessful

Hmm, yeah, the scripts actually controls the overclock/undervolting from the ROM itself. If you remove it, I guess it will revert to stock?
Awww why? sad.gif

ThunderBolt! + Siyah rocks!
What error are you getting?

You need to name the file "S98something" and then save it as a unix/linux file.
*
when i run
cat /proc/opptimizer, it say no such file...

Try running the script you've created in Script Manager?
*
same, no such file in terminal and no user.log in /data

one more thing is, even I use the script from http://rootzwiki.com/topic/14698-initd-scr...odules-1-10-12/, either flash through cwm or place manually, it also not working...

so dont think is script problem (either created by myself or from the link above)

Looking back at your previous post, just want to confirm you already remove the commented "#" from the front of the 2 insmod command right?

Edit: also make sure the path is correct, some kernels put modules in /lib/modules
*
the path is correct coz i use terminal is working...i try with and without# also same...reason i want use script so i no need to run in terminal each time i reboot
