try increase the exposure setting?

Change the scene to some other dim scene.
Then after that fine tune using exposure compensation.

if wifi / data off drop by 8 % overnight
if wifi / data on drop by 20% overnight
in which i already disable all the sync

Maybe you can try other Camera app like Camera 360 or Camera Zoom FX...they have Effect/Scene settings like Night effect(Camera 360) , Burst Mode  or Stable shot (Camera Zoom FX) etc...

How long is your 'overnight'
It's very vague if you don't attach an hour timeframe to it.

Because 8% over 12h is okay, as compared to 8% over 4h isn't that good.

As with 20% over 12h is considered alright compared to 20% over 4h.

And why don't you just leave your phones plugged in at night?

Well, the max charge state is ~97% so no overcharging.

But my experience is once its charged to 97% it just stops and the adapter power is used to power the phone and not to charge it.

So I don't see whats the problem with leaving it in.

Why don't you see if there's an app that will turn off your wifi/data at specific time frames to help you save? like Juice Def or something.

Yes, the adapter powers the phone once the battery is charged.

The technology inside the LiIon batts now are pretty good.
No overcharging unless the system fails then the battery bloats.

Yeah directly from their site viz SMS payment is around RM6-7, no idea why

Well, you can always rip out the apk for the phone if you're just changing ROM. Since the device is the same, no issues on that part.

But what I find disturbing is that you're pretty much paying for 'rental'.

The game is only re-downloadable for 3 years from purchase date and for the device you bought it for. Better to just buy it off the market.
