Looking for a HDD hard disk, someone quoted rm250 for 500gb together with the installation. Reasonable pricing?

I saw jayacom selling for RM 190 for 500gb and that exclude labour cost for installing the hard disk? I have not call to clarify with them.

One additional q, is it important bout which brand of hard disk? I am still doing my own research to understand how to pick which hard disk.
