Hi everyone. I would like to bid something from ebay Hong Kong and the seller said he/she will post using registered mail. May I know if registered mail consider SAL or EMS? And whether the "less than RM 500 no tax" rule apply to registered mail? BTW that item is a transformer toy. Thanks in advance.
