My experience of buying from HLJ is bad. I've waited for more than 20 days for my product to arrived. After it did arrived, the customs sent me a document and ask me to fax it back to them. After that, they send me a card asking me to collect it from a certain pos office which btw include the amount of tax I need to pay (more than a hundred). After collecting the parcel, I've found out that one of the gundam models I've ordered is damage (box). So, there u have it. I WILL never (most probably) order online again.

Anyway, I thought u guys say the parcel shouldn't be tax right.

This is the good service provided by our lovely Post Malaysia. I have ordered from HLJ for more than 5 times this year but until now everything is ok. Package arrive at Post Office Kuching accurately. i receive my package in sealed form. everything in one piece. But the major problem for me is everytime my package will get hold by the Kastam. So ends up paying 15% Kastam tax.

This is the total amount which i paid for the package
import duty = 18.57
sales tax = 39.00
bayaran pelepasan pos = 1.00
bayaran pengenalian agen = 30.00
cukai perhidmatan = 1.50
bayaran EDI = 18.00

Is it normal? Y do i have to pay for all that? and what's EDI and pengenalian agen?

I think it is abnormal, bear in mind that Kastam tax for toys is 15% from the original price of the item u purchase. I get this from the Kastam officer in Kch.

how long does it usually takes for the order to arrive at kuching jkhboon? i'm from Sibu btw. will get tax or not if just buy one gundam MG 1/100 model?
*
Usually i takes 7 to 10 days for the item to arrive at Kuching. HLJ always do shipping on Friday, so most probally u will receive the notice from post office after a week. For my case, i always receive the notice either monday or tuesday.

Well, it depend on the Kastam Officer. Not every package from HLJ that i have ordered got stuck at Kastam Office. If u r lucky then they will release your item and just collect them at any post office they pointed. If not, then u will have to collect it at Kastam office either at Airport or Post Office.

For my case, if my item "kene tahan" by kastam, then i will have to go to Post Office which has Kastam Office and pay the money. Otherwise i just need to go to General Post office to collect it without paying any cent. If u receive the yellow card with serial number and got Kastam office operating hour chop on it, then ur item is been held at Kastam office. Otherewise u might receive the item or a white card or paper asking u go to Post office to collect it.
