Hi guys, im new here...
juz order from HLJ last last week.

total items cost 500 and freight 200 = 700.
Any idea tat is it detained or passed? quite a bigbox i think(4 box of battleships o.0).

my HLJ shiping is SAL, and they provide tracking number as i post above..
and at the same time i have another order, small pack with no traking number....
guess this time is the parcel is big so HLJ treat this like.... im not sure

some of those items are heavily discounted by HLJ during their sales promotion right now...

so if normaly these things in my parcel would cost 1k....


still, there is a unregister SAL small package from HLJ i haven receive yet

the declaration form on my parcel stated 5600yen freight,
and 13246yen for items...if x 0.37 = 490, that was close...

lucky by the time i place order there were several item no stock yet, else....

guys need some advice here....
might wanted to buy some tools from hlj...
but since those tools are mainly metal/steel, will it trigger the sensor and cause them to take action on it?

like cutter set which contain cutter, screw driver, like this set...

this time really screwed.

expecting a RM900 worth of parcel with freight 200 coming next month

placed order yesterday and think that my items slightly below RM500 at HLJ...
after their midnight server maintenance....several item on my waiting list "suddenly" become available,
thus included in this shipment order i just placed....

tried email them for separating the items into 2 package..

sux ordering system + sux customer services = gg

yeah they juz dun giv a dam, as i know they still take few day only ship it.
their reason will always be "your cred card has been charge"...
so might there any changes the charge will be different so they refuse to do so zzzzzzzzzzz hell

from here the lesson is, dealing with hlj ordering system need to be very patience.
they order page is not real time, every time make a change u need wait for a day for it to show out.

and in fact i was like, to do them/me a favor by not cancelling my waiting list items, before i submit the "ship available orders".
if i happen to cancel them, this will not hapen, but they might update their system to cancel those backordered item just bcoz i canceled my order.
result in their/my extra work to place those backordered items again.


customer service.....flexible system.....dun have here

or maybe juz me cause i happen to order alot of things in my list over these few month
my list stil not finish yet

the reason why i place my order yesterday,
is simply becoz the "not real time order system", drag me few days coz i make few edit to my orders
1 edit take me 1 day to wait for it to show, drag me a week time alrd....
now this thing happen..
my things shud be confirmed to ship last week if it's a real time system..

i whinning too much here
estimated lost if kena detain would be exceed 300...

this is wat happen as explained in their faq page....for paypal payment method.

the 2 account idea is good, as i can have those no stock item backordered while can submit my immediate shipment without afraid that extra item added into the shipment.

but i observe tat HLJ only stock from supplier after u make shipment order for expensive item(maybe 2k yen above ).
they wun stock the item to their warehouse simply becoz u place the order...(coz u might cancel and pay nothing)
so u 'agree' to pay, u wait they stock from supplier, then ship to u....

btw my previous(another order) SAL small pack ordered at 22/4 arrive at 30/4 last saturday.
9 days.

detained at monday, received mail/form yesterday which ask me whether apoint poslaju or self clear.

RM1k ==" Not 1kg.....

as i received call from PosM'sia yesterday, operator told me if choose to send directly to receipant addres will charge extra RM 44.
regardless of location. so RM 45.90 handling + RM 44 delivery = 90++.

So going to collect at nearest poslaju byself. >.>

ah....juz went to poslaju during lunch.

My items + freight total = 1080

So:
Tax = 108
agent fee = 30
a unknown charge(smk or smx) = 18
(juz seach from google: Sistem Maklumat Kastam (SMK))

-> paid RM157

got a detail printout list how the tax implied on the item...i put at home alrd, not on my hand now,
so will update this post later on.

this case is appointed pos malaysia to clear from customs...


i tracked and get info from website, and then went to collect it at poslaju b4 they even send out the calling card or call me to collect.
After i collect it, the next day they still call me to go collect lol.

2k for EMS for black friday.....
