How does XL-shop calculate the total amount you need to pay for 1 item plus shipping fee?

Just now i ask them to calculate but they seem to 'pusing-pusing' the information rclxub.gif make me confuse..

Example,

if the item cost 8000yen(rm306)weight 1kg + shipping fee 1800yen (refering to EMS rate table to malaysia) Total=9800yen

converted to our ringgit is around rm375.right?

Is there any extra charges that i need to pay?

Thanks

Its simple..

1. If order above RM200..FREE SHIPPING.
2. If order less than RM200, need to pay RM10 shipping fee (if not mistaken)

It doesn't matter the quantity of items..

No extra charges... product price and shipment price is listed on the package sent.. shipping could cost less, as the price quote on the webpage is to America,... Asia is slightly cheaper...

ohh i see but there are explaination from HLJ guy dat makes me confuse.. hmm.gif

*You can get a fairly accurate estimate of shipping by taking the online cost of one item (for example 1180 for SAL shipping to North America--this includes the packing materials, and you can check the shipping charts to find that this would be the amount to send a 1000 g order to North America). Add the total weight of the other items together, add that total to 1000 g, and look that total weight up on the SAL chart. (If the two other items total 1500 g in weight, it would be 1000 + 1500 = 2500 g. On the SAL chart, that would be 1680 yen.) It will vary a little because the shipping box and materials might change, but it's a good guess.

i think he talking about shipping box right?i just ask him for 1 item +shipping fee only but he seem to give me this details rclxub.gif

Anyway thanks a lot guys notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif Hopefully not kena tax lah.total amount is rm350...using EMS.Hates paying tax for toy. mad.gif
maybe this is the risk having an expensive hobbies..
