Guys, Does xl-shop has any policy regarding their shipping services? I am planning to get some collectibles from them but im not sure if i want to get it through mail. Say, if i order an item from them and the box was dented when it arrives, can i request for a replacement? I bet some of you here have encountered something similar before. Do share your experience and thanks in advance. This post has been edited by eehtsitna: Sep 17 2010, 03:19 PM

Just to share with you guys. We over here in East Malaysia usually have to wait like 1 month to receive any parcel shipped using SAL. So my advice is to wait. If you havent receive it by the 6th week. File a complain to your seller.

Just for the record, i received a parcel from Hong Kong 20 days after I place my order. The parcel was shipped using SAL and the best part is its free.

Guys! Anyone know if there is a new policy on taxation? There are 2 separate incident involving my friend who was tax twice.
1. First case, involving products and freight charges of around Rm300. He was tax Rm50.
2. The second case was on a single product which is around Rm200 including shipping. He havent told me the amount that he was tax. Will update on this later.
I was wondering if there really is a new taxation policy around or is our custom being greedy.
