also, if you think its best for you, try to opt for the USPS Express Mail International service (the EMS).. good tracking system, and wil be handled by PosLaju once it arrived in M'sia.. took exactly 1 week for my item to arrive in my hands
not sure about Priority mail though.. but make sure u have the tracking number, should be 13-alphanumericals.. e.g. EN-123456789-US
PayPal is a mixed bag.. so far i have no problems with it, but i have a friend who's in UK and apparently he lost GBP600 due to a hacker attack on his PayPal account
AFAIK, no Malaysians kena yet..
So far for USA or international tracking, I just happened once from me with it (I loss RM 100). As for USA postal services, there are 3 types of shipping and only USPS Priority Mail with the code like CP-9 digit numbers-US (same as Malaysian parcel) and Express Mail International (same as Pos Laju) -EA-9 digit numbers-US contains tracking. USPS also contains Registered letter and that is a cheap way to send out light items if you think that Priority or Express is expensive. Unless you trust the seller a lot, don't use First Class Mail International as it has no tracking (the number they give is just a proof that the item was received at the post office).not sure about Priority mail though.. but make sure u have the tracking number, should be 13-alphanumericals.. e.g. EN-123456789-US
